What We Do
What we do is really quite simple we think. if it is scaffolding industry related, if it is broken, needs repairing or maintenance, we will do our best to make that happen for you. We offer a national scaffold tube straightening, transom and fitting repair, servicing and painting and complete yard support for your business. We can straighten standard scaffold tube as well as system scaffolding, including transoms and expendables. We can also service and repair any damaged or rusty Readylok Transoms and fittings for you! We like to do that as safely, efficiently and effectively as we can, so as to ensure as little disruption possible to our clients daily working processes of their business and yard. It is our aim to get you straight again as quickly as possible, so that you can use your assets to continue making you money during these difficult times. So how does it work then?
You give us a call, we arrive at your premises at the arranged time and date with our mobile tube straightening machine or repair and servicing vehicle. It takes a short time to set up in your premises, after agreeing where it is safe and most convenient for us to operate. We will set up our 'Safe Working Area' first, then we get to work. Our work is noisy, but there is very little we can do about that unfortunately. We supply replacement parts for scaffold fittings, Readylok Transoms and extendables and can custom bespoke or repair most damaged or unfit for use scaffold or materials used within the scaffolding industry.
We prefer bent tube stacked (as best as you can) in stillages, but we will also pull it out of the rack if you need us too. We know not every scaffolding company is the same. Our staff have been in the scaffolding industry for a long time, having worked for small to large companies. We know how to safely handle tube and understand how scaffolding companies and their yards operate, whether you are a smaller based company or a multi-national, we are here for you all and will work in line with your procedures and requirements.

You need your tube straightened or fittings repaired, we will come to your premises with our mobile tube straightener or you can come to us with your gear. Drop it off and collect it later. Whichever is most convenient for you.
We aim to take the 'waiting process' out of the tube straightening game . Let's face it, no one likes to be left hanging around for ages with bent gear taking up the racks or stillages and space in your yard! You need to get your tube out working again for you, earning you money.
